Family Constellation® Therapy is a powerful, insight-driven modality developed by Bert Hellinger. Rooted in the understanding that we are deeply connected to our lineage, this work reveals how unresolved issues, patterns, and traumas can echo through generations—impacting our relationships, choices, health, and inner balance.

Rather than focusing on the individual in isolation, this method brings to light the hidden dynamics within a family system, gently restoring order and flow by acknowledging what has been forgotten, excluded, or left incomplete.

At the heart of this work lies the principle that love, when blocked or interrupted, seeks resolution across time. When the system is seen and rebalanced, healing ripples across generations—past, present, and future.

Therapeutic Approach and Offerings

Tuning into the field of belonging.

In my sessions as a Family Constellation® Therapist, I hold space for clients to gently reconnect with their ancestral field—what Hellinger called the morphic field. Within this field, we explore entanglements, inherited trauma, and unconscious loyalties that may be shaping your life without your awareness.

I work with the Orders of Love, healing affirmations, resonance techniques, and phenomenological observation to support:

●  Healing of intergenerational trauma and emotional wounds

●  Restoring bonds between grandparents, parents, children, siblings, and extended family

●  Releasing patterns of repetition (e.g., addictions, depression, relationship struggles)

●  Understanding and breaking transgenerational cycles

●  Creating space for individual autonomy within the soul of the family

Each session is intuitive, grounded, and shaped by the energies that emerge in the morphic field at that moment. Whether done one-on-one, in group settings, or through symbolic representations, this work honours the whole family system—and invites the possibility of profound inner shifts.

Though Family Constellations begins with the family system, its imprint is felt most viscerally in the body. Our nervous systems hold emotional imprints from generations before us—sometimes through stories told, but more often through silence, absence, or inherited emotion.


When we carry what doesn’t belong to us, we may feel burdened by grief, guilt, anxiety, or disconnection we can’t quite explain. By acknowledging and bringing movement to these unseen entanglements, the body often begins to soften, realign, and release.


This work, in tandem with somatic healing, supports a more integrated experience of self—where personal and ancestral healing go hand in hand.

In Family Constellation® Therapy, healing is not spoken into existence—it is felt. Movement, breath, tone, and silence are all part of the language of the morphic field.


What emerges in a session may not always be logical, but it is deeply felt. Subtle shifts in posture, expression, and orientation reveal where love is blocked and where it is ready to flow again.


This work is deeply embodied. When we move a representative, when we speak a sentence of healing, when we take our place in the system—we invite the entire field to recalibrate.
